Respite Care Services

Our Respite Care Program provides a safe, supportive, supervised environment for your loved one. Our programs allow you the caregiver time off to rejuvenate from the demands of caring for a loved one at home.

We offer a comprehensive program which includes:

• 24 hour nursing care and medication administration
  
• 3 nutritionally balanced homemade meals and snacks daily
  
• Assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, ambulation and eating
  
• Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy as necessary
  
• Hospice Care
  
• Recreational activities throughout the day
  

Specifically trained, knowledgeable staff at Columbus Park provides our residents with the highest level of medical care and assistance in a safe, supportive environment.

Our Respite Care program provides personalized care, and a comprehensive medical staff that includes geriatricians, internists, family practicioners, podiatry, psychiatry, pulmonlogist, nephrologists and other specialists. Doctors are on call 24 hours a day.

Additional services include free laundry service, assistance with eating, Alzheimer's Care, oxygen, and durable medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, canes and more.
